The Michigan Department of Labor & Economic
Growth - Real Estate has approved Course 900-2/4 for six (6) clock
hours, which also include the mandatory, annual, minimum two (2)
clock hours of "laws, rules and court cases regarding real
estate." Attendees completing this course on or before October
31, 2009, satisfy six (6) clock hours of the 18 clock hours
necessary to renew their licenses for the three (3)-year
licensure period beginning November 1, 2009 and ending on
October 31, 2012. |
