Course Licensing and Cosponsorship

Great Lakes Realty Systems, Inc. has the following real estate courses for which educators may license the rights to reproduce. We would also be happy to either cosponsor or instruct these courses for your school, company or association.

Michigan Real Estate Continuing Education
Course 1100 Series
The Michigan Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth - Real Estate has approved Course 1100-2/4 for six (6) clock hours of real estate continuing education, which include the mandatory, annual minimum two (2) clock hours of laws and rules. Attendees completing Course 1100-2/4 satisfy six (6) clock hours of the 18 clock hours necessary to renew their licenses for the three (3)-year licensure period beginning November 1, 2012 and ending on October 31, 2015.
